We’re seeking ambitious, self-motivated Field Sales Representatives to drive growth in their assigned territory. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, opening new accounts, servicing existing clients, and representing GW Products with local retailers. This is primarily a hunter role with significant earning potential and  tremendous growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and close new retail accounts within your region

  • Drive revenue growth in assigned territory

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers

  • Conduct product demos and merchandising support where applicable

  • Accurately forecast, track and opportunities through our CRM system (Odoo)

  • Collaborate with local agents and regional team leads to ensure comprehensive
    coverage of assigned territory

  • Ensure clients are compliant with licensing and resale certification

  • Maintain clean, complete, and up-to-date CRM records for all sales activities, clients, and pipelines

Compensation & Incentives
  • Monthly Draw: $3,500/month

  • Starter Kit: $2,000 (provided upfront, deducted over first 1–2 months)

  • Sales Threshold: $12,000/month required to unlock commissions

Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in sales (B2B, wholesale, or field-based ideal)

GW Products is seeking a Sales Director to lead and scale our national sales operations in the U.S. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone with deep experience in FMCG, retail distribution, or convenience store networks, and a proven ability to manage large, multi-tiered sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a multi-level national sales team, including 7 Senior Sales Agents and their teams.

We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Senior Data Analytics Engineer with proven expertise in Odoo ERP to join our team in Dubai. Mission
  • Own GW’s entire Odoo reporting layer—from raw tables to pixel-perfect dashboards.

  • Blend Odoo data with external sources (Ads, GHL, Shopify, BI APIs) to calculate true CAC, CLV, and gross margin.

What You’ll Do
